subscription problems

They have promised to ring me and tell me why you are having problems. I will phone you when I know what is happening. Thanks Katy

1017 forum posts 170 photos	Hi Katy I have tried on several occasions to subscribe to PP magazine but when I've input all the details of my Bank and its address, the completed form shows my Bank address as somewhere else in the County I live in - can you tell me why this is please? Because of that, I always cancel but would love my magazine to pop through my door rather than wait for the shop to get it on the shelves. Thank you Marian Help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1017 forum posts 170 photos	Hi Katy Have spoken to my Bank and they said that the address that changes on the form is changing from my Branch to the Main Branch so if the postcode tallies with the one she gave me, I will be fine to set up the subscription over the weekend. If any other problems arise, I'll let you know. I do hope it works as I want to get my hands on the Jelly Roll Quilts book as my free gift...... Yeh! Have a good weekend.... Marian

1017 forum posts 170 photos	Hi All I'm so pleased I've finally managed to set up my PP Subscription - and I get a free Jelly Rolls Quilt as a gift...Yipppppeeeee I'm glad I haven't been able to sort it before as I'd have missed out on my book which I was going to buy anyway.... Marian
