I haven't ordered anything yet but from looking on the site it appears the discount is on all fabric (excludes wadding and patterns). Just remember to enter SALE25 in the discounts code box at the checkout. I've used this website a lot in the past and have always found their service reliable & they have a really nice selection of fabrics well organised on their site.
