Alveva Quilters - Meg's Quilts - An Exhibition of Quilts from the Collection of the late Meg Browne (Small).
3rd March 2018
10.30a.m. - 4.00p.m.
Meg was an active member of Alveva Quilters and when she sadly passed away suddenly in 2016, we were asked by her family if we would put on an exhibition of her collection of over twenty Vintage American Quilts, many from 1920's, as well as her own quilts and waistcoats. There will also be two early Pauline Burbidge Quilts on display. Many will remember Meg from the 1980's/90's when she owned 'The Blue Goose' quilt shop and gallery in Elm Hill, Norwich
