If you would like to list your event on our Diary Dates page, you've come to the right place. You will need to submit your County, Start and End dates of your event, a Title, some details of what is happening, including admission times and prices, and the full address of your venue, including the postcode. We won't be able to list your event without all the correct information, so please ensure you provide as many details as possible.

Please use this format to submit your listing - you can copy the table below and use it for your submission if that helps.

County
Start and end date of event
Title of event
Details - Admission times and prices, details of event, contact name, phone or email for further information
Full address including postcode

Please make sure that the checkbox next to "Email me when a response is made?" is NOT checked when you post an entry. If you check this box, you will be notified every time anyone else posts to this thread, which might be quite confusing and probably not very interesting!

If you have any problems at all, send me a private message and I'll help you through it.

Frances

Thanks for your listing. We are testing this system for publishing events in the magazine & here, so you shouldn't need to do anything else, June diary entries would usually need to be by now, but hopefully this way, it'll all work out. So look out for your entry in the magazine in June! Hope your event is a great sucess!
